Transcripts

Applicants must arrange for official transcripts to be issued directly to Booth College by secondary and all post-secondary institutions in a sealed envelope. Any documents not written in English must have a certified translation accompanying them. International applicants are required to provide notarized transcripts and diplomas.

If you are applying as a transfer student, you are only required to submit your University or College transcript(s).

University of Manitoba Enrollment Plan

Booth College is an Approved Teaching Centre of the University of Manitoba. Students may take U of M courses at Booth College for credits at both Booth College and U of M (see current College calendar and information provided). For additional information contact your admissions counsellor.

English Proficiency

Applicants whose primary language is not English must provide verification of proficiency in the use of English by providing (TOEFL) or equivalent testing. Official test results must be forwarded to Booth College. (Please see www.toefl.org for more details Booth College's code is 7951).

William and Catherine Booth College, a Christian university college rooted in The Salvation Army’s Wesleyan theological tradition, brings together Christian faith, rigorous scholarship and a passion for service. The College educates students to understand the complexities of our world, to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to be active contributors to society, and to know how Christian faith compels them to bring hope, social justice and mercy into our world.

Booth College is a Christian university college, owned and operated by The Salvation Army. As such, its ethos is shaped by its Christian heritage and identity. Students applying for admission to Booth College should understand that as a Christian university college we expect our students to comply with the faith and lifestyle standards of the College. These faith and lifestyle standards are enumerated in our Student Handbook (www.boothcollege.ca). By signing this application you are confirming that you have read the Student Handbook and agree to abide by its policies and standards.

I hereby apply for admission to Booth College and certify that the statements contained herein are true and complete. I understand that all parts of my Application for College Admission become the property of the College once submitted and will not be returned to me. I authorize Booth College to verify all information submitted with my Application for College Admission (including transcripts and information submitted by my referee). I understand that misrepresentation, falsified documents, or the withholding of requested information with respect to this application may result in the cancellation of my acceptance and enrollment, or dismissal from the College.

The personal information collected will be used for admission and enrollment purposes and may be used for determining eligibility for student awards. Information regarding graduation and awards may be made public. This information will be used for statistical reporting as required of the College by accrediting and government agencies.
