Almost Reading Week!Printer-friendly version

8 Feb 2010

Well, when I was thinking about what to write for this week, all that would come to my mind was reading week and Festival du Voyageur! (Both of which happen to come up on the same week!)

Reading week is always a bonus when looking at the winter semester. It’s always a nice kind of surprise when you realize on Friday that you don’t have to go back to school for a whole nine days. I usually spend my reading week working, sleeping, and doing the homework that I neglected to do before the break. This year, I’ll also be adding spending my evenings at Fort Gibraltar celebrating my French heritage!

Festival is always a good time. Snow, sledding, ice sculptures, music, dancing, tortiere, poutine, and maple syrup. I can’t wait.
