Christian WorldviewPrinter-friendly version


Graduates of Booth College will be able to give a clear account of Christian faith and of a Christian worldview that is informed, critically-grounded, and in accord with the Scriptures and orthodox faith.

• Describe corporate worship practices.
• Describe what all Christians have in common.
• Describe the Biblical story in Scripture and discuss some of the ways it is understood theologically.
• Interact with the discourse of interdisciplinary fields.
• Engage with and interpret Biblical and theological discourse.
• Apply what they have learned theologically and practically in the narrative of their lives.
• Articulate their understanding of biblical and theological discourse.
• Define the concept of world views.
• Define their existing world view.
• Describe the value, range of characteristics, strengths of other world views.
• Integrate a Christian world view within a particular discipline.
• Compare and contrast Christian world views.
